Please take notice that Henry Miller, Chairman of Orangeburg County First Steps to School Readiness Partnership, a South Carolina Nonprofit Corporation (the “Corporation”), hereby calls a special meeting of the Board of Directors of the Corporation to be held at 610 Laurel Street , Orangeburg , South Carolina, at 5:30 o’clock p.m. on January 16, 2025, for the purpose of considering and voting upon the amendments to the Bylaws of the Corporation, and conducting such other business as may come before the meeting.
